D-Offiz does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. Personal data will be removed from our files or anonymised after a maximum of 10 years of inactivity.

When you request access or correction to, or deletion of your personal data, we will ask you to send a copy of the front of your identity card to verify your identity. We strongly recommend that you hide your photo and state that it is a copy.

Furthermore, you can object to the processing of your personal data (or part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.

You also have the right to request that the data provided by you be transferred by D-Offiz to yourself or, on your instructions, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests. If there are costs involved in transferring the data, for example in connection with the retrieval, editing, formatting or forwarding of data and the communication about this, D-Offiz has the right to pass these costs on to you at our usual rate.
